Sun Bangla most probably is going to launch by next month (previous planning was in October during Durga Puja). MIB is not in mood to pemit for any new licences so fast. So, it's better option to Sun TV, converting their any unpopular channel to new one.

Gemini life already exists.So remaining one license may used for udaya movies HD. No chance for surya life because surya tv itself struggling to maintain 2nd position as well as Kerala is a small market.
