Tata skt STB no signal

yes i align all possible direction but no signal available, but i contact local technician he said just bring stb i will make it working , and charge 1500/- does it possible he update firmware or software manually.

He can easily update, as he is getting signal from 83 degree. Once he connect STB to dish, software will be auto downloaded from Tata Sky satellite.

T(S STB is locked, we cannot do anything, it will happen automatically once it get signal :k

First Time Installation Setting " Screen comes. like language LNB, Satillite, and other option available in task hd is locked or master reset required, because just i shift from Chennai to port Blair where on Gsat 10 signal avaialble.

No functions will work till you get the signal in STB. You need to get the signals from Insat TPs...

thanks bro but enrty point set Insat 4A where Gsat10 is disable how to enable Gsat10 to receive a signal does master reset resolve this issue . please advice me
