Tata sky Audio goes to mute automatically

Hi bros

Some time audio of tata sky goes to mute automatically.To get audio i need to restart the TV
Is this issue with TV or STB ? anybody have this issue.
I am using Micromax 43 inch UHD TV

sound setting
to adjust box volumes levels

No brother this is software problem Tata Sky working on that if you go to the setting and minimise the audio problem will not remove this problem specially on 84 and 86 series boxes

I'm looking forward for the day when Tata Sky will release updated firmware to fix favorite audio problem on HD channels which provide DD+ sound like History TV18 HD, Nat Geo HD, Nat Geo Wild HD, etc.

I faced this problem two times today. After the new channels addition all these happening. Waiting for a software update from TS to fix it soon.
