Tata sky Audio

Hello all,I am using tata sky hd connection for my tv and i am not getting any audio from the Tv.When i checked with Youtube in my tv the audio is working fine,but i am not getting any audio on tata sky and when i am changing channels the audio of previous channel just comes for a second and goes off.Any Answers would be helpful.Thank you.
