Tata Sky has enabled "Refresh" option in MyTataSky portal

Update: TS has enabled "Refresh" option in MyTataSky portal, so customers can refresh their account/STB if one is not able to watch TV channels without need to contact CC.
Where to find this option?:unsure:
 
TS is giving more powers to its customers, which is a great thing. But this option should be use only when its needed and with utmost care are responsibility

They have incorporated the feature in the app. Earlier people had to give missed call. Power sharing was always there, representaion of which has changed only.
