Seeking Help Tata Sky+ HD hard disk not working properly error

I started getting this OSD when am trying to record with my +HD box. Then I have done a master reset and the problem got resolved . But now the problem is that when ever I switch of the box and and restart again I need to do master reset again to start recording.Please help me to solve this problem

Were you able to solve it? My STB is over 8 years old and I'm getting the same message since yesterday.

Try a master reset,If it’s not working ask for swap box
