Is there any need of software update for channels beddition on gsat 10?

yes, i think they are adding transponders details in every type of box, Now TS HD+ left, if the news is true of channel addition before 15 nov, then they should have to update hd+ before 15 nov.
Or Maybe, they have updated in last upadte(FEb-March).
