TS CC like to mention every channel addition as 'Launch', not necessarily they're correct each time. Though this channel is already available in ADTV, but from that thread I understood it's actually launching on 21st.
So TS CC is correct on 'Launching' this time.

Every time they say Launch as they mean to say Launching on Tata Sky Platform. Not mean to say Launching the channel itself.

I agree its not accurate but people understand it, so they keep using it. It might be confusing for a few sometimes though.
