Seeking Help Tata sky mobile app not playing live tv

I am facing a strange problem, I cant watch live tv on my Tata Sky mobile app. It's showing- 'sorry casting not allowed' I called cc, they told to uninstall the app and reinstall and login again but problem still there, only star channels playing through Hotstar. Anybody facing this issue??

Sony Ten4 working in Tatasky mobile app..

I'm able to watch Sony Six and Sony Ten on Tatasky app on my mobile but the same channels aren't playing on my tablet. Same issue with the tablet (sorry, casting not allowed).
