Discussion Tata Sky web and app down from today 3:15 pm due to huge number of Sports channel activations

Tatasky system is down by today afternoon from 3:15pm till now. App, web, WhatsApp, Sms nothing works, even their customer care number is on busy tone. Tweeter is flooded with complaints from all subscribers. Here some snaps of their error message.

Might have jammed bcoz of huge flow of traffic across mediums, not to worry will be resolved soon. Airtel is working fine, checked 1 hour back and made changes in account too.

Why did u guys wait till last minute to add the channel ?

Adding it earlier in the morning would have helped and not caused this issue.

Why do u get in Airtel everytime in TS thread. Been seeing u do this everytime.
