They will sell dth to 21st century Fox I think.

They will combine tata docomo and tata communications so that it look like a better deal. Tata communication is a tier 1 ISP with lots of undersea cable and enterprise customers and is also profitable where as Tata docomo is a under huge debt so by combining them they could get better value.
