Tatasky HD - A new Test Channel

Tatasky has now added one new channel named " Tatasky HD" ..they have replaced old active English channel..
This new channel is on 11130 H 30000....

thank mj bhai. plz tell one thing as its from a non hd transponder, r u sure its a hd channel or is it a stndard channel

Yes it is currently on different TP.. but the name of channel is "Tatasky HD" and also the EPG is showing Tatasky HD.. It is presently only in MPEG2.. but might change anytime.. Could this be some services in HD.. cannot say.. but one thing is .. it is next to UTV Action channel in that list.


another change is they are trying to shift Active Darshan from 11670 H to 11130 H as they have added that recently on 11130 H tp..

thanks mj bhai, keep a track of this channel and give us ur result when some accurate situation is reached. u did not answer my question, is it showing as video channel or as a data channel while searching.if its data service,ita definitely a service,if its showing as video channel then its a channel

also bro plz tell how many channels does this 11130 tp have, how many r video channels, how many r data channel/interactive service.
after this i will b able tro tell if its a hd channel or a standard channel. give me this info.
it may b possible that this is hd channel and as hd tp is full they r making space for utv stars hd or espn hd on other tp

tata sky hd is a promotional banner channel added on ch 412

dont worry people and dont b angry on tata sky, banner channel consume 3 percent space of an actual video channel so tata sky is not wasting any space as some people have this misconclusion that tata sky added a waste channel manier times. the video is stillin banner channel and the audio is highly compression to consume least space

thry r showing ''catch avatar movie of the decade in hd without ad breaks on tata sky. then there is the time of movie and below there is the message ''to buy tata sky hd box now sms hd to 56633. in background there is picture from avatar
