The tournament is considered to be one of the richest ladies golf tournaments with USD 1.3-million prize money, PTI reported. It is a part of the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) of the U.S., and will be played at 146-year-old Royal Adelaide Golf Club in South Australia.

In this edition, 18-year-old Aditi, who is the first Indian girl, to win a Ladies European Tour, will participate in the tournament, which also features world no. 1 Lydia Ko of New Zealand, no. 2 Ariya Jutanugarn of Thailand and defending champion Haru Nomura of Japan.
