One of the upcoming sequences in the show
has been inspired by the iconic
confrontational between husband and wife in
the Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan-
starrer in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (K3G).

Mother's Day in Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya!
The resemblance to the scene where Nandini
(Jaya Bachchan) musters the courage to tell
her headstrong husband, Yash (Big B) that
she thought he was wrong in disowning their
son Rahul (SRK) will be seen in a crucial
moment in the show. Bhawna (Reena Kapoor)
confronts Suket (Rajeev Singh) about
disowning their son Akshat (Waseem Mushtaq)
and daughter-in-law Arpita (Niketa Agarwal)
for a flimsy reason, and makes him realise his
mistake. A pind-daan sequence was shot
recently, where Akshat, like SRK in K3G,
shows up with his wife, taking the family by
surprise. Akshat says, "The sequence
reminded me of the movie. It was such a
powerful scene that we didn't have to use
glycerine and tears flowed naturally." Rajeev
adds, "A male actor rarely gets to do such
emotional scenes. I haven't seen the movie,
so I took my own perspective of a father's
relationship with his son." http://m.timesofindia.com/Entertainment/Hindi/TV/News/Telly-show-takes-inspiration-from-K3G/articleshow/39554098.cms
