Now 2 thing is possible
One : adtv will add hindi in both Sports18 sd and hd
Two : adtv will add sports18 kheel soon

Although Sports 18 kheel is a fta channel

Additon time of sports 18 kheel i will not able to tell
But if you are la liga fan add sports18 sd and if ligue 1 / serie a fan add hd

It all depends on what u wish to watch and scheduling strategy adopted by Viacom18 for airing various sports across their channels. Sports 18 1 SD/ HD will ofcourse offer better overall viewing experience when compared to Sports18 Khel but u can opt for either depending on money u r willing to spend to watch a particular sports event incase they r simulcast on both channels.
