respected videocon customers i am starting intiative on yours behalf lets start petition from all videocon customers and get file petition on dishtv videocon company to trai as well as to pmo office regarding unnecessary charges taken by company for ten sports channels from all old and new customers . following points need to be noted. also today they removed ten 1 channels from the multi tv connections which are free only till 24 th february .
1. when all old videocon dth customers have done recharge annually for 12 months then why is dishtvvideocon company taking extra charges from old customers as ten 1 10 rs,ten 2 10 rs ,ten 3,10 rs and ten 1 hd rs 20 so total rs 50 extra they are charging old customers . for new customers this charges are unbelievale ten 1 23 rs ,ten 2 23 rs and ten 3 rs 44 total 90 rs and for ten 1 hd 57 rs so total 90+57=147 rs per month only to watch ten sports channels though customer may have platinum hd package of rs 680 per month . total cost of package is as below. for old customers platinum hd package 680+50= rs 730 per month only for primary connections and 680+147=827 rs per month for new connections for primary connections .
2. for 2/3/4 multi tv connections also rates are high for old customers charges seperate if they wanna activate ten sports 1,2,3 sd channels then they be charged as per new rates rs 90 extra for multi tv connections. and rs 57 for ten 1 hd . for new customers also same charges as old customers for 2/3/4 multi tv connections. so charges for multi tv connections for maximum package platinum hd would be 251+90+57=398 rs per month for multi tv connection old or new connections.
3. so as per dishtv policy videocon customers would be charged as below for platinum hd packages who want all ten sports channels :
a. old customers : first connection 680+50= rs 730 per month ,2/3/4 th connection 251+147= rs 398 per month .suppose customer has 4 connections then his per month cost will be rs 730+398+398+398 =rs 1924 per month .
b. for new customers it would be : first connection 680+147= rs 827 per month,2/3/4 connection rs 251+147= rs 398 per month . suppose customer has 4 connections then his monthly charges would be 827+398+398+398= 2021 per month .
this all rates are verified after talking with customer care person and also verified by videocon team after lodging complaint on behalf of loyal old videocon customers .
4. though dish tv and videocon have merged but benefits are taken by dish tv company and customers of videocon are suffering . they are taking decisions for videocon such as they not care for videocon customers at all. all ten sports channels in dish tv are charged minimum . also in there 12 months combo hd package for 12 months such as gold hd and platinum hd [ previous name was popular and max hd ] they are giving it free of cost without charging .why different yardstick for dish tv and why different for videocon if both have merged both should have same yardstick. they want videocon customers suffer and shift to dish tv . also franchisee of dish tv have closed and they are using now service centers of videocon dth so any complaints of dish tv are being resolved by engineers of videocon dth engineers only.but regarding packasges of videocon day by day its getting worse . no channels being added and many channels started getting removed .
5. this things are making all videocon customers not pleased and slowly all are moving to airtel and tatasky . policy makers must see whats going wrong it was thought that with merger videocon customers get good packages like dish tv packages and many more channels be addded in videocon but m nothing has happened and day by day getting worse for videocon dth customers .
its getting too late in night i get edit more things tomorrow for time being posting this hope some more suggestions and few start petition online to improve videocon which was few years back no 1 dth but now last and worst . only 37 hd channels in maximum hd package .
