Thomson (2007) STB vs Latest STB

Dear friends,

I have Thomson (2007) STB.

What is the difference between Thomson (2007) STB - silver color and latest STB - black color given by Tata Sky.

1. Whether Universal remote given for new box?
2. New box Mpeg 4 compatible?
3. Any new additional features?
4. Whether Video/Audio improved?
5. Any software/UI difference?
6. What STB is given for new boxes?

Please explain.

Brand is technicolor.

But i want to say somthing,quality wise Thmson stb is gud, i have sep 2006 made stb & its working gud now over 6 years. :tup

Shubham has answered everything, but just to add i think new stb has usb port (but of no use :lol )

And yes i too have thomson stb which i bought in 2005. Working good till now. Not a single hardware issue so far.
