With the Dish99 pack there are at least three 'Entertainment Addons' are compulsary to add. So, By this pack the Minimum monthly Pack price is 174Rs. It is not mentioned on Dishtv website anywhere but it is confirmed by CustomerCare and the following article

Thirdly, in Digital Addressable System (DAS) III
and IV market the paying capacity of the
