Yes, new name does not contain HD word but it will be HD channel only.

Just like MN+. It's also a HD channel but they removed the HD word from the logo. Same thing will happen to Times Now HD also.

If you'll see first post carefully, then you'll notice that HD word is written in bracket after the name of MN+ & Times Now World. It's just for indicating that although the name doesn't contain HD word but the channel is HD.
