@ashwink bro, here's the Comparison of Times Now Navbharat HD vs SD Feeds

Video quality of HD is good as compare to SD, SD feed is OK, I have noticed one thing there is time lag in transmission of both feeds, HD feed is little faster/ early than SD feed just by 30 secs

Audio Quality good on both feeds its Loud and Clear

Overall transmission is Same only HD word missing in logo as compared to SD
