I guess a HC verdict/ order is applicable to whole of India if the subject is affecting the country or if similar cases are filed in other courts.

Supreme court is supreme but in 90 % cases High Court decisions are upheld...

Nothing new. Their channel pack page has not been working for a few days now.

bcoz new RIO published on 1st Jan is not valid right now, at present old RIO is still applicable hence star india or others will pull down info which is not relevant

Big broadcasters are doing hide & seek game due to legal issues.

This not so important. There is no stay. So NTO 2.0 is already implemented on paper.
Main issue is- Has court removed restrictions from trai in taking action against MSO/Broadcasters? Till there is restriction TRAI wont do any thing. Broadcaster will seek tarikh pe tarikh..

There is no stay, but court had given directions to TRAI not to act against certain MSOs. With this order court has given green signal to TRAI to force MSOs for NCF reduction.

Broadcasters had nothing to do with this case. Their case is pending in Bombay High Court. So with respect to them there is no change in the status. Order from Bombay HC is awaited.
