It will come soon. Expect it to come next month. Lads got channels to launch and shutdown. Unless a judgement comes they will refrain from doing anything since they can't push a new RIO right now.

Rather than increasing the channel capacity to 200 in ncf they should decrease it to around 30-50 channels, then it will lead to price competition among broadcasters and will also promote a-la-carte.
Normal people barely watch more than 15 channels.

Talking about the judgement, I don't see it happening this year. Even some time back I&B minister said to defer the proposed amendments for some time.

In December they will have winter vacation. In January Lohri and makar Sankranti holidays, Valentine's day holidays in February and Holi in March
