DDFD launched in Dec 2004 as per official data. Not sure wen DishTV launched, i think it launched later
India's First DTH service was launched in October 2,2003 (dish tv) & India's First Free DTH service was launched in December 2004.

A small difference..😓😌

You may don,t get benefit soon after implementation. You want to wait few days. Then you are going to get benefit because many broadcasters will reduce there price also many of them will get converted to fta and finally many garbage channels are going.to get shut down. So please wait. But also there are many customers who will get benefit from feb1 itself

Living in a big cities and min cities people did not understand the effect of this rule in villages or small cities . Everyone wants to pay more :censored:(n)
Rules making person s lives in metro cities, in ac house s. They cannot drink normal water also, only bilsleri . How can the understand normal people needs. They can watch TV in above 55 inch, hd channels only. Those class people watch rarely 2 or 3 channels. That's why they implemented this rule.

That's why we call these IAS officers Civil servants and gets a designation of Sahib in office, equivalent to our previous British lords

Actually freedom means if you created a new framework, old framework also there.
Customer has to choose to best one .
But TRAI said than forcefully to change new framework. This not a freedom !
And one more TRAI said that 25 DD channels mandatory. Who are you to decide say which channels to watch? If your content is good , channel can watch , even it's pay. Atleast any DD channel pleased in top 10 list in last 10 years.
For example Jio come with new approach. People accepted it.
TRAI is completely dictating us. If people really hurts , DTH companies are loosers.

Mandatory DD chs order did not come from TRAI, it came from Broadcasting ministry prasar bharati act 2013
