Turksat 4A testing @50e (new footprints updated)

Good news... fellow trackers. :hello

Turksat 4A which is scheduled to launch in mid January 2014, is going to cover North India with powerful beam.
A 90 cm dish should fetch the signals in Delhi, approx. 44-45 dbW beam. hya

Here are the updated footprints.

Good update @ Shawl, it seems that its footprints is better than Turksat 3A in India. Expect some european channel from it. :win

Yes, footprints are better than Turksat 3A, which is hitting Delhi @41 dbW.
This new sat will have approx. 44-45 dbW beam power over our area. hya

We can believe to the maps to some extent ,The actual figure of strength will come when TURAKSAT-4A start beaming. Because I am getting Turaksat-3A signal approx: 80% Signal on 75CM dish and you all friends have seen my various threads on Turaksat3A & Yasat1 etc.

At the spot Turaksat-3A is giving me 46DB signal strength.:lol

Yeah, U r right jatt bro. The actual beam may be somewhat different to the one shown in map.
But surely, its more powerful than the existing. For ur place, current beam strength is 45 dbW, and for Delhi, its 41dbW. Thats why we are not receiving this satellite.

But, going by the new footprints, I m expecting a 44 dbW beam ( the dark region indicated in d above posted map) :sp
So, better chance for us too. hya

Read my location and in India its difficult to get west beam without 12ft dish and I am talking about 75CM dish ... Btw I am getting East beam
