Breaking TV18 introduces new 'plus' plans

After star TV, TV18 is introducing tweaked up packages from next month.
Notable changes being CNN and CNBC news channels at same bouquet price of budget and value packs...new packs will be called budget plus and value plus packs respectively. Few channels are also getting cost cutting upto one-third...especially comedy central and likes...
Details awaited....
