Star Promo channel added in channel no.2031 - this seems for promotion of star sports channel or star sports select channel
Star Promo 2- channel added in channel no.2033 - this seems to be for promotion of star GEC channel , in this particular promo trying to promote star plus channel

bro aftrer NTO all dth and cable have similar prices not much difference in broadcaster channel bouquet rates & a la carte prices are same. only service channels and operator specific plan have some small differences. At present NTO 2.0 is at court would suggest you to wait for NTO 2.0 ruling & implementation - to see how it would affect channel and bouquet pricing.

i would suggest you to stay with airtel at present- hathway still have some cons - cant change packages quickly have to inform in advance to cable operator , though website is there have to pay (online) through intermediary compared to airtel where you can change package in website or app quickly compared to hathway. . as you have mentioned you shifted to airtel just for few channels dont shift to hathway back , even airtel would add the channels later or soon.
