Seeking Help Unable to view channels in tatasky

My tatasky account gets deactivated I recharged my account yesterday but today again my account gets deactivated In tatasky mobile app it shows No packs found when I again make my pack and select it shows technical error I tried to make my pack in tatasky website but same technical error
