Although it's (4k UHD stb) now available with dealers, the webUI and app are not loaded with information on these 4k android boxes.

So what's the issue?
The website and app think that you have an SD STB. Because if this:
-you cannot modify your existing subscription.
-you cannot add any HD channel.
-you cannot add any HD broadcaster pack.
-you cannot remove existing HD channels from your account.


I've been trying to contact customer support for a week and could not connect with a single person 🤬. Their sunshine center dealer was the only one who tried to help. On their records everything is fine and they don't see anything wrong with my account or STB type. Eventually I had to send an email which got the ball rolling. Now, they informed that I would need to wait for an undisclosed amount of time to get a fix for this issue. The SMC of all 4k boxes need to be loaded into their database. What a joke! 🙄.
I have not seen such an unprofessional organization in my life. In case someone wants to buy this box from me in Bangalore let me know, I'll sell it for 2k which is what I paid for it. Its got 1.8k wallet balance with 2y FTA NCF scheme so you only pay channel/pack cost.

Try from TRAI Selector app once and check
Trai selector app does not work when we have a long term plan enabled.
Got a call, from nodal I guess, starting that issue is fixed now on website.
So I try logging into the website and what do I see? Website is not allowing me to login only 😂. Says my password is wrong and never sends OTP when I select OTP option. When I enter SMC number, it says Invalid SMC 🤦🏼
