While purchasing the new connection offer 6570 (HD STB + 1 year ultra) thru IVR first time the payment didint fo fine.So i called after 1 hr and they transferred to me to Recharge IVR.I have entered the Recharge amount as 6570 and made the payment.Now the balance became 6570.
Account is not active. What should be done. and TATA SKY customer care is really clueless talked with multiple ppl.They are discnnecting the calls and no answer.Very worst Expereince on Day 1
Help me what i can do ? Can i ask them to refund the amount and purchase new connection one more time ? or I can ask them to adjust 6570 as a new connection?
