Some software problems in box. Showing full signal in settings but some channels EPG names is different amd channel running different.
Ex: Star pravah showing Napptol green and topper showing Napptol Blue

1. Switch off your stb and unplug the power cable

2. Hold reset button and replug your power card

Hold the reset button until it's initiate a force ota for your stb

I think it's not a signal problem

I have checked here, there is no issue in signal
And also no issue in Epg also

So please try force ota option, I'm sure it will resolve this issue

But bro signal available in all TP expect 11609 [H] and 11609 [V]

then ur lnb skew is wrong.. (currently V tp getting H signal &vice versa..)

all other tp's symbol rate of both polarity (h&v) are same. but 11609 tp symbol rate is different for h & v polarization. that is why you are not getting signal.

rotate your lnb till you get signal in 11609 tp.. this will solve your problem. There s no software bug.

These channels are in opposite polarity. I m sure this s lnb skew problem only.
