Effective 14th April there will be new VAS offer on IVR ( Customer care number- 9115691156)
A VAS delight offer SMS will sent to the customer on RTN in the below scenario:
· In case, customer is calling to the IVR (9115691156) and listening to the balance.
· In case of pack upgrade (Change in FMR of greater than Rs.200)
VAS Name: Songdew
Missed call Number: 1800 315 1001
Offer Details: Songdew will be free for first 7 Days (After 7 days, customer to be charged with full price)
Offer Period -14th Apr - 12th May 2022
