Very Slow Service From Itz Cash Card

I pay Dishtv Payment By itz cash card,
Now More then 24 hours But Payments Not Credit in my Account :aggressive: :wallnalsirmarna:,

My Box Deactivate today So i make A complaint and Activate my account For 24 hours on temporary base,
Itz Say " we Refund Payments in 24 Hours If not Credited in Customers Account"
View Date 18/06/2011 Payment , they refund it on 21/06/2011 After 24 Hours,
or view 16/06/2011 Payments , one payment Credited in account and show order id starting With UR-
and unpaid Show DTHR...

my suggation to you that try to new dth like d2h their all service is very fast. But they are provinding stb of very poor quality.

Payment Not transfer in dishtv account today and charges Rs.20 from my account,

i given payment To dishtv Before Renewal date but they charges Rs.20 with this tricks & Return my payment after 5 days on 21 jun 2011,
