Seeking Help Video and sound not playing together

My videocond2h receiver plays videos first and sound comes with few seconds delay, For an example When I watch IPL Starsports Select HD 1 batsman hit the ball and sound of bat hitting the ball comes little later. Anyone experience it and knows any solution for it?

Go to settings and and go to installation(Default Installation pin is 1234) and go to box setting and then go to TV Settings and check for lip-sync delay is 0ms or any other amount.If its not 0ms change it to 0ms.

I changed it to 0 but no change. Problem is still there
