Seeking Help Videocon d2h hang on logo stuck DDBTVV3212A

Try this one...
1.
Switch off the main power supply....
2. Press and hold the reset button which is present at the back side of stb.
3 . Switch on the power supply.
4. Now after the logo appears, leave the button....

I have inbuilt setupbox but same prblm what should i do..??

@Shiv1234 did you get any solution of the problem . I am also getting the same issue with my Videocon. Inbuilt set top box
