videocon wale software upgrade karte hai tab kafi box main software lod nahi hota. fir woh cc main complain likhwate hai aur usko box change karna padta hai.
normal box SD swap charge:- 150 box + 150 visit charge lagta hai ager warranty k bahar huwa to.
par customer care main ladne se ki nahi apki galti hai ap software load na karte to mera box chalu hi tha to woh log sirf 150 rs main box change karke dete hai. matlab ki only visit charge.

note:- complaion note karwate waqt woh bol dete hai ki aapko itna charge lagega woh 150/-rs hi bole woh confirm kar lena jaruri hai.

but if u argue with cc people that it is not customers' fault bcoz if they have not upgraded the software, then the stb wud have been working properly.
