Recently I had some technical issues with the my d2h box. I had posted my grievance on their Facebook page on which they asked me for my Customer ID. Within 1 hour of me posting my Customer ID on the wall I got a Call for their Customer care team and within 24hours their engineer visited my place an resolved my issue. I’m very thankful to Videocon d2h Customer care team on Social media. :)

And Tatasky Has twitter,as far as i have heard RDTV does not reply or solve complaints in their FB page, but by personal experience i can tell Airtel presence solves issues on FB,twitter. For ADTV you should use airtelpresence and not airtelIN page.

Nice to see D2h is helping on FB
ADTV CC should open their eyes

Good for dth subscriber.
Videocon d2h needs to improve its web portal. There is very few thing we can do online with d2h web portal. We can't subscribe packages using web portal and so on......
