Videocon d2h (NASDAQ, USA: VDTH) announced that its sub-base of over 15 million can now recharge their d2h service using Vodafone m-pesa. This tie-up with Vodafone allows its customers a simple, convenient and on-demand recharge facility using the proven m-pesa platform. In addition, the 1,20,000+ Vodafone m-pesa CashIn points will also accept recharge for Videocon d2h, thus providing additional convenience to customers.

Mr. Saurabh Dhoot, Executive Chairman, Videocon d2h said, "I am delighted at our strategic tie-up with Vodafone to enable recharge using their well established m-pesa digital wallet and at the Vodafone outlets. It will give our customers an easy and powerful way to recharge their d2h account at their convenience."

They are running business and they know what they are doing for sure.. But only thing is, they are not customer friendly anymore..
