Videocon Secondary box problem

I am having 2 Videocon dth connection on a single Coustmer id,I have migrated my plan according to trai rule and also recharged for both the boxes bt my primary one migrated bt mirror one till now nt migrated and called coustmer care for 15 days bt till now there is no help,and also I am not able to reset my Videocon dth as I don't know my Password,So please help me in this regard as soon as possible.. mirror box model is V-5004 HD
