I'm facing this problem in Transfer box past 2 months, the VOD catalogue is not updating with current episodes. It's stuck with one month old episodes. Last episode is dated 12 July 2017 & not updated since then. It's happening with all the programs of all the channels & some new programs launched recently are not at all on the list.
I did master reset, registered complaint & technician visited but they couldn't help it. Software is updated with 10a version.
Internet is fine as web apps are working
