Picture quality is good , buy DV-5510 box its a good for dish and d2h with best picture quality . With lowest dish ncf pack

As I can see, you are from WB. For North customers, they offer SES8 alignment, irrespective of D2H or Dish TV branding.
The SD picture quality is good on 32 inch HD ready TV on my end. HD channel quality is also fine. You won't face much issues.
