Looks like after opening match, free digital steam dent trp of star sports although star utsav also free but for ddfd only

Buddy, these ratings r for a period when IPL had not begun except 31st March when Opening Ceremony and 1st IPL match was held.

Star Utsav Movies regularly features in Top 5 list of Madhya Pradesh / Chhatisgarh region and sometimes even in weekly Top 5 list UP / Uttrakhand and Rajasthan Region. IPL has no role to play in this channel appearing in above ratings.

Star Gold is visible in Top 5 List of Delhi Region possibly due to Brahmastra Premiere.

Remember these top 5 list reflect overall data/ratings compiled on basis of viewership recorded/received for channels made available on Pay TV and DD Free Dish platform hence even if certain channels do not make it to this list still they would be performing quite is well in respective audience segments for the said region
