It means now the agreement of channels of D2h will be done by Dishtv. It means now on channels will make contract with Dishtv for D2h and Zing also. It will mean that after 29th Dec18 agreement will be done with Dishtv valid for their sub brands D2h and Zing.

Yes, TRAI recognizes DISH TV and D2H as one entity. Yesterday TRAI released a 30 page note on FAQ of new tariff. While giving DTH operators' contact details it mentioned as DishD2H and Videocon d2h is not shown.

Swap means, if your STB not working they will swap with Working condition STB with 3 months warranty. Not New One.
