Weird Answer by CC on 3 Bengali HD Channels

[Endgame]

Today I called CC to ask why I'm not able to watch 3 new Bengali  :hd channels though my language pack is Bengali! 
1st CCE: It's not yet added in d2h platform, not available in any base pack. Once it is available in d2h, you'll be informed.
2nd CCE: When asked why I can't see channels 976(colors bangla  :hd ), 977(star Jalsha  :hd ) & 979 (Jalsha Movies  :hd ), he replied there is no channel in 976 & 977 and 979 is CNBC TV18 :hd  :angry . From where these id*ots were recruited?
Can anyone watch these 3 channels?
