Has fancode won Broadcasting rights or Streaming Rights only?
If Fancode won Broadcasting Rights then
Fancode will definately sell India tour of west indies to any tv channel.(retaining Digital Rights) Because if they don't license any tv channel then DD sports will Telecast it for free ( and as there will be no telecast by private channels like Star/Sony, private DTH operators will not Block DD sports.)
