what are charges for pairing?

in reliance digital tv, charges for pairing VC and STB id is rs400, i want to know what is fee for same in dish tv? Bcoz personally i feel that its not correct to charge just for pairing process.. because i never changed my STB or VC since purchasing date, but i am getting pairing error, they are asking me to pay rs400

It's free of cost in Dish TV. U can pair ur box and card by urself after login to ur web account of dish tv.

currently all dish tv vc and stbs are in paired . so no want to any other pairing . If ur stb is fault , then they pairing with new[ swap ] stb with old vc .
