What does E107-4 The smartcard is not fully authorized mean?

i inserted my old smart card in new sundirect setup box, this error will arise

how to solve this issue ?

It does not work that way. Every STB works with only one Smart Card at a time. Sun Direct Customer Care will have to unregister your existing Smart Card and register your other Smart Card to your STB. Contact the Sun Direct Customer Care. They will send an engineer to your house.
