What is downgrade SD package missed calls?

Dear sir,
Please What is downgrade SD package missed calls number ?

South family pack or south joy 99 pack will replace from south all sports pack on 20th Jan 2016.
My south all sports pack will recharge date and switch off on 21th Jan 2016
