Currently is there any channel available in foreign countries in UHD format ? If there is, then please anyone tell me the name of those UHD channels ?

I guess UMAX is the first commercial 4K channel. Its available in south korea. Whereas in Europe they hve a demo channel. But there are no other UHD channels as of now but streaming and Video On Deman services are available. Netflix, Amazon and Youtube have 4K content. Direct Tv of US has a vod channel only for samsung tvs.

also they will launch ss premium hd for rs.500

Thats not true. They actually wanted to charge close to Rs 250 for both star sports HD 1 and 2 but DTH companies stopped carrying the channel. The premium channel will not be priced more than Rs 60 and will be on a la carte. Going by the trend that star world premier and HBO premium channels are not getting subscribers. Whats the point of charging more if there are no viewers.

per match they will charge rs.100

Rs 100 is cheap considering you ll be the lucky few people to watch it in 4K resolution. Even multiplexes dont have 4K screens. So for 8 hrs in 4K Rs 100 is cheap. People will be ready to shell Rs 300-400. Plus there are very few people who own 4K tv so they hve to charge premium they are not getting the feed for free

We all need to stop using the term 4K. It is not just technically incorrect but it is outright misleading & totally dishonest of TataSky to use the term 4K. There are computer monitors that are capable of 4k resolution. But there are no 4K TVs. 4K resolution is restricted to movie theaters.
FYI: UHD = 3840*2160 whereas 4K = 4096*2160

It's just the difference in aspect ratio. The monitors are a bit more wide, while the TV with a resolution of 3840*2160 is 16:9. No one is misleading anyone.
