When Will Tata Sky Fix HD Channels Audio Problem?

Its becoming too much annoying day by day.

I dont know if Tata Sky is aware of this issue. I have sent an email to them a few days back and they replied with same answer "Thanks for your feedback".

I wonder when will they fix this irritating issue??? :wall

Ya, it becomes difficult for my father to watch IPL in Hindi in HD whenever I am not home as he is not much aware about audio options

Yesterday i took an additional tata sky hd connection. Today i noticed that fav audio problem is solved in this new box. When i have set my fav audio as hindi then i am getting hindi in nat geo hd, nat geo wild hd, history hd & bbc earth hd always even i change channel or restart the box. However fav audio problem persists in my old hd boxes and transfer box.
