Go for airtel.

TP packs for kerala are too bad. High priced packs with low channel no.

For ex malayalam pack starts at 209 in TP just for 11 malayalam channels. No other paid channels in that pack. This is SD PACK

In airtel there’s malayalam super and gold packs.
Referring only hd padk.
Super is 243 per month, 7 hd channels
Gold is 267 per month, 13 hd channels including sports Ss hd channels and sony ten 1, 4 and 5

And if you do 6 month recharge super comes down to 199/ month and gold will be down to 241/month

Myself shifted to airtel from TP last month.
Channel quality wise also both are almost same. Infact for me hd is better in airtel and sd is better in tp

Affordable recharge and picture quality
Go for Tata Play. Daily Rate Basis, Good PQ and AQ with also 4K Channel, he will like it. Otherwise go for Sun Direct, affordable but PQ is satisfactory
